How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders usually ship within 1-3 days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and do not include the initial processing time. Most customers receive their orders within 5-10 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $40 USD.

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, orders ship directly from our international fulfillment partners. All packages include full tracking and are backed by our delivery guarantee.

Please note: If your item is a pre-order (as listed on the product page), it will ship on or around the advertised dispatch date.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of your order being delivered

To qualify for a return:

You must contact us and place the return in mail within 30 days of delivery
Items must be in saleable condition with original packaging (e.g., swing tag, box, ribbon)
You must email a photo of the item so our team can assess it's condition
Return shipping is covered - we'll provide a prepaid return label.

If you're returning part of a bundle:
Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the items you're keeping.

Example:

Purchased Twin Pack for $13

Returned one (current single price = $8)

Refund issued: $13 – $8 = $5

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once an order is shipped, we cannot refund the original shipping charge.
